Fence

Hi there! It's been a while!

We have been working outside. It has been slow though because it has rained a lot!

Surveying what needs to be done. (Keep an eye on that tree.)

We spent a good couple hours pulling out brush on one side.

And then we attacked the back side,  as well as the tree. We took down the dead branches.

Jeffery hated every minute of tearing the fence out. He also hated every minute of rebuilding this rock wall where it had washed out.

Then he dug out the old posts and put in his own wooden ones. I mostly sat and watched. 

Then we attached the 2x4s to the posts together.

And started putting pickets up!

Jeffery then made a gate for us. 

One side all done! 

Also that tree is totally gone. We both hated that tree and the power company had a tree trimming company out to trim branches that were on the lines. Jeffery convinced the guys to cut down the whole tree instead. :) It opens up the whole yard to not have it there.

 And now he's working on the back side!

Tomorrow Jeffery has a buddy coming over to help him with the fence.
